Forgan Arts Centre is rooted in the community and strives to offer educational and cultural opportunities to people of all ages and abilities, in an environment that enriches well-being.

Established in 1978, the Centre offers a wide variety of classes and events to the residents of Newport-On-Tay and surrounding towns and villages.

Weekly classes include  Pottery, Upholstery, Jewellery, Painting, Dressmaking, Charcoal drawing, Printing, Stained Class, Watercolour, Photography, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom classes, and more!

In addition to our popular, long-running courses, we run new workshops, classes and events each season - so be sure to keep an eye on what we're doing.

For more information, please see our  Current Programme.

The Centre is a Registered Charity (SCO08537), run by our Centre Coordinator and our volunteer Committee

Committee meetings are held approximately every two months.  Additionally, there is an Annual General Meeting which all members are welcome to attend.  We are currently supported by Fife Council and income from membership, classes and events.
