Beatrice Burns is a highly skilled dressmaker and tutor here at Forgan Arts and has taught in the community for many years. This summer Beatrice is offering a one day workshop for those who already have basic sewing skills. This is a chance to undertake a small open project to brush up on those skills, or to utilise the experience of your tutor. Perhaps you want to finish a garment you had already started, or want to create your own unique piece from scratch? Beatrice will guide you through your plans, helping you to achieve your final product. Bring along some fabric and your own machine if you have one. We have spare machines and practice fabric here for those without.
