Come along to Forgan Arts Centre for a variety of activities, demonstrations, refreshments and exhibition of work produced at Forgan!
Find out what we do behind the old school walls whilst browsing the fantastic work in a range of disciplines.

There will be children’s activities, pottery wheel throwing and silver ring making demonstrations and a chance to make your own hand puppet! Our potters will be hosting a Raku firing where you can choose, decorate and fire a pot in the outdoor Raku kiln in front of you!
Baked goodies, tea, coffee & juice available at the Centre
Entry is free!
The Sunshine Kitchen will be with us to offer yummy soup and freshly baked bread and brownies.
We will be showing work by Tutors and Students
Throughout the day there will be some family activities such as hand puppet building and live demonstrations both indoor and out in the fairy lit cabin.
Activities for all:
Some artists may be giving demonstrations on their practice, and there might be a chance to throw on the wheel yourself!
The Sunshine Kitchen is a kitchen project for young adults with additional needs, who need ongoing support to be part of a working environment; making and marketing food products and to gain fun and rewarding experiences as part of a working team. They will be here to serve soup, bread and brownies all freshly made!
