FLORAL WATERCOLOURS WORKSHOP
FOR ALL ABILITIES: with Liz Dulley
Liz Dulley paints flowers in the field. Try your hand at this loose approach! Liz will guide you through a series of stages whilst working from your choice of flower. Using line, blots, drops and other exciting techniques you will have the chance to explore and discover how to capture a unique representation with organic qualities.
A range of flowers and art materials will be available for use. Bring your watercolour kit with paper, drawing board and flowers if you wish. Please check the website for a material check list. Some additional paper may be purchased at the Centre.
Remember your packed lunch! Tea & Coffee available at the Centre.

Brushes - include a rigger brush if you have one
Diffuser – if you have on
Tissues and masking tape
Pencil, soft graphite – 3B, 2B or B + putty rubber
Cartridge paper 2 sheets, A4 size or larger
Watercolour paper 300g/140lbs or heavier with
drawing board if you have one
A variety of plant material will be provided to create a ' Flower area '
but please bring along anything which attracts your attention or you
would particularly like to work with. All flowers welcome.
All listed materials will all be available for use on the day.
Watercolour paper will also be available for a small additional charge.
There'll be the opportunity to use water soluble wax bars and inktense blocks.
